14-Day Returns & Exchanges

1. What is Your Return Policy?

• We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
• Swimwear can only be returned for size or fit issues, incorrect items, or quality issues.
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
• Items returned with obvious signs of use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, stains, or other signs of wear may be subject to denial.
• Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as originally purchased.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange if the hygiene seal is missing, removed, or torn.
• Beach accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• The return shipping fee will be at your own cost unless the return is due to a quality issue, incorrect item, or another issue caused by Seamolly.
• Please contact our Support Center before sending your return to receive the correct return address.
• Each eligible item may be returned or exchanged only once. Items received through an exchange are not eligible for any further return or exchange, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

2. How Do I Make a Return or Exchange?

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or product, or an item that doesn't fit you, please contact us at official.service@seamolly.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and a brief description of the issue.

For defective, incorrect, damaged, or not-as-described items, please send us clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once your return or exchange request is approved, please send the item(s) to our designated return address within 7 days and provide us with the tracking number.

Please do not send your return to the sender's address shown on the original package. Please contact our Support Center for the correct return address.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to help with an exchange, subject to availability.

Additional shipping or reshipment fees may apply to approved exchanges.

4. What Will the Refund Method for My Return Be?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

In certain cases where a refund cannot be processed back to the original debit or credit card, we may ask you to provide a PayPal account in your own name to complete the refund.

We cannot issue refunds to an unrelated payment method or another person's account.

5. When Will I Be Refunded?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.

Once the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

6. Additional Notes

• Please note that we generally do not refund the original shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except in cases such as confirmed product quality issues, incorrect items, or packages lost or damaged in transit.
• To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for the correct return address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
• Please make sure you don't include items that were not purchased from Seamolly in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
• If you need to cancel your order or correct your order information, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified.

7. Delivery Issues Caused by Incorrect Customer Information

Please carefully check your shipping address, phone number, email address, and recipient name before placing your order.

Seamolly is not responsible for any delivery failure, delay, or returned package caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. In such cases, the order is not eligible for a refund.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Incorrect phone number or email address
• Incorrect recipient name
• Refusal to accept the package
• Failure to respond to delivery notifications or carrier requests
• Failure to provide information required by the carrier or customs

If you notice that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at official.service@seamolly.com as soon as possible before your order is shipped. Please provide your order number and the correct information.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping information can be changed.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the order is not eligible for a refund, and any additional shipping or reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Swim Trunks Dust-Proof Adhesive Issue

The dust-proof adhesive on these swim trunks provides strong protection but may leave a slight residue when first removed. To fix this, simply reattach and peel it a few times, and the adhesive will eventually come off entirely. This ensures excellent dust resistance while still allowing for easy removal when needed.

Cold gentle hand wash ONLY for all our pieces is recommended - no bleach, please! To dry, please hang or lay flat in a shady area. Do not put your swimwear in the dryer (not even on a gentle cycle!) as this can damage, distort, or discolour your bikini!

 Hot tubs & chlorinated pools can affect our kinis – chlorine may fade colours, weaken fabric, and reduce elasticity over time. If you do take a dip, be sure to rinse your swimwear in cold, fresh water right after to help minimise damage.

For neon and pastel-coloured bikinis, we love to add a teaspoon of salt when washing to maintain vibrancy.

Sunscreen is super important – tinted sunscreens and fake tan are amazing, but please be careful when applying, as these products can stain fabrics.
