We hope you will love everything that you order from us but If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help!

 

14 Days Warranty

1.What is your Return Policy

  • Easy return for exchange or refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
  • Swimwear can only be returned for size issue, wrong items and quality issue.
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, Lucky Bags, items with non-returnable marks and free gifts may be subject to denial.
  • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and therefore not eligible for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, if the hygiene seal is missing or torn.
  • Beach accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • The return shipping fee will be at your own cost. Please contact our Support Center for the returns.

2.How do I make a return

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product or the items don't fit you, please contact us at official.service@Seamolly.com within 14 days of delivery. We will reply within 48 hours.

Please describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. Once return request is approved, you can send back the item(s) to our return address. And please note that it would cost you shipping fee for the return. 

For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

3.What will the refund method for my return be?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

4.When will I be refunded?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.

Additional Notes

  • Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the quality of our products, the package lost or damaged, etc.
  • To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.
  • Please make sure you don't include items not from Seamolly by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
