Shipping policy

* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Please Notes:
1) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 2-4 business days to process your order (except Pre-order). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. To check the status of your order shipment, please enter the tracking code at this link: https://www.17track.net/en
2) Prices displayed on the website do not include duties or taxes. Depending on where you live, your country's customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), or taxes.
3)For logistical reasons, some items purchased in the same order may need to be sent in separate packages. This means you may not receive all your products in one package.  4)For Korean orders, ensure that the Personal Customs Code (PCC) and the name are provided in Korean. Also, the phone number must match the clearance code for smooth customs processing. For example: Name: 박미영 , PCC Code: PXXXXXXXXXXXX.
