14-Day Returns & Exchanges
1. What Is Your Return Policy?
- We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- Swimwear can only be returned for size or fit issues, incorrect items, or quality issues. Return shipping costs for size or fit-related returns are the customer's responsibility.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
- Items showing signs of use, including makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, stains, or other signs of wear, may be denied.
- Items purchased as sets must be returned with the same pieces and sizes originally purchased.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are considered Final Sale.
- Lucky Bags, non-returnable items, and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange if the hygiene seal is missing, removed, or torn.
- Beach accessories are not eligible for return or refund.
- Each eligible item may be returned or exchanged only once. Items received through an exchange are not eligible for another return or exchange, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
2. How Do I Make a Return or Exchange?
If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us at official.service@seamolly.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return or exchange
- A brief description of the issue
For defective, incorrect, damaged, or not-as-described items, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the specific issue. Without sufficient visual evidence, we may be unable to verify the issue or approve the return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, please send the item(s) to our designated return address within 7 days and provide the tracking number.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address shown on the original package. Contact our Support Center for the correct return address before shipping your return.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to help with an exchange, subject to availability.
Additional shipping or reshipment fees may apply to approved exchanges.
4. How Will My Refund Be Issued?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If a refund cannot be processed to the original debit or credit card, we may ask you to provide a PayPal account in your own name.
We cannot issue refunds to an unrelated payment method or another person's account.
5. When Will I Receive My Refund?
Your refund will be issued after your return has been received and processed. Processing may take up to 14 business days after the returned package is received at our warehouse.
Once the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
6. Additional Notes
- We generally do not refund original shipping costs, duties, or taxes, except in cases such as confirmed product quality issues, incorrect items, or packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Please do not include items that were not purchased from Seamolly in your return package. We are not responsible for returning such items to you.
- If you need to cancel an order or correct your order information, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified.
- If a customer refuses to accept a package, the order is not eligible for a refund, and any return shipping or reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- Please note: The dust-proof adhesive on some swim trunks may leave a slight residue when first removed. This is normal and can usually be resolved by reattaching and peeling off the adhesive a few times. The residue should gradually come off.
7. Delivery Issues Caused by Incorrect Customer Information
Please carefully check your shipping address, phone number, email address, and recipient name before placing your order.
Seamolly is not responsible for any delivery failure, delay, or returned package caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Incorrect phone number or email address
- Incorrect recipient name
- Failure to respond to delivery notifications or carrier requests
- Failure to provide documentation or information requested by the carrier or customs authorities for clearance
If you notice that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at official.service@seamolly.com as soon as possible before your order is shipped, providing your order number and the correct information.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping information can be changed.
If a package fails to be delivered, is delayed, or is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the order is not eligible for a refund, and any additional shipping or reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Cold gentle hand wash ONLY for all our pieces is recommended - no bleach, please! To dry, please hang or lay flat in a shady area. Do not put your swimwear in the dryer (not even on a gentle cycle!) as this can damage, distort, or discolour your bikini!
Hot tubs & chlorinated pools can affect our kinis – chlorine may fade colours, weaken fabric, and reduce elasticity over time. If you do take a dip, be sure to rinse your swimwear in cold, fresh water right after to help minimise damage.
For neon and pastel-coloured bikinis, we love to add a teaspoon of salt when washing to maintain vibrancy.
Sunscreen is super important – tinted sunscreens and fake tan are amazing, but please be careful when applying, as these products can stain fabrics.
